Oly Oly oxen free!

And here is an excellent Olympia SM-2, purchased for $59.99 at Unique Thrift in Burnsville.  I was on a mission to find a camera backpack, and walking into the store, saw the back of this case, which is of the tweed square variety, and thought that it was probably a Royal of some sort.  Coming around to the front of the machine, I realized that it was an Olympia, and thought that it had been placed in the wrong case.  Then I noticed that it wasn't an SM-3, as there was no tab key... So I walked around with it for a while, found a couple sheets of paper, and did a type test.  A solid machine, with pica clear as a bell.  I had a discount, and walked out of the store happy. Came to the conclusion a few days later that the paper pan release lever had been snapped off at some point in the past, and so I am looking forward to finding some time to transplant that from a SM-4 that I've decided will be my parts machine. And here is a double rainbow from the parking lot of Burrito Mercad
Hello. Five jumping wizards boxed quickly. Wait, that’s not right. Five boxing wizards jumped quickly.  Did you know that there are typewriters everywhere?
